How to Eet Balut (Fertilized Duck Egg), Philippines

Balut is a fertilized duck egg in the Philippines, usually sold as 16 to 21 days. At 21 days the duck is already formed with feathers, bones and beak. However, the bones are soft and edible. Claimed to be an aphrodesiac. I haven’t been curious enough to find out for myself. Not for the faint-hearted!
